Our photovoltaic system generates clean energy from sunlight, which reduces our dependence on fossil fuels. We can produce almost 60% of the electricity we need ourselves.

Thanks to the connection to the Neustift district heating network, we are able to use CO2-neutral heat. Above all, district heating stands for the environmentally friendly generation of heat for heating and hot water. The district heating is generated entirely from wood chips (wood).

For guests with electric vehicles, we offer a convenient e-charging station directly on site. This promotes the use of emission-free vehicles and makes it easy for our guests to practice environmentally friendly mobility.

Thanks to the excellent connection to the public transport network, with a bus stop just a two-minute walk from the house, a CO2-neutral journey is easily possible.
