Prices are per apartment per night, excluding local tax.
The standard occupancy of our apartments is 4-6 adults, additional persons on request.
Final cleaning
- DaXnest: € 70,00 per stay
- DaXhöhle: € 70,00 per stay
- DaXbau: € 90,00 per stay
Local tax
€ 4.80 per night per person born 2009 or later (subject to change)
Deposit
The deposit on reservation is 50% of the cost of the stay.
Arrival & Departure
Checkin: from 15:00, earlier arrival possible after consultation
Checkout: until 10:00 am
Pets
Our apartments are only intended for two-legged friends - pets are therefore unfortunately not possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Cancellation conditions
Should something unforeseen happen and you are unable to start your vacation as planned, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
- 3 to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the cost of your stay
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the cost of your stay
- in the last week: 90 % of the cost of the stay
We recommend that you take out travel insurance, such as Europäische Reiseversicherung
