Our apartment house is being completely rebuilt with great attention to detail and we look forward to being able to offer our guests three modern vacation apartments with comfort and alpine charm from winter 2025.

We, the Gleirscher family, are a motivated family who were able to fulfill a dream with the newly built apartment house “frechdax” in 2025. As a nature-loving and down-to-earth Stubai family, we have incorporated modern and homely elements into our three apartments. Free arrival for guests

The Stubai Tyrol Tourist Board provides vacation guests staying in the Stubai Valley with an arrival and departure voucher for their journey to/from the Stubai Valley from/to Innsbruck for the one-time free use of bus line 590 (Bus Stubai) or the Stubai Valley Railway (STB).

We, the Gleirscher family from Neustift in the Stubai Valley, look forward to welcoming you to our house from winter 2025.

Our frechdax apartments await you in the heart of the Stubaital, in the middle of the Milders district, leaving nothing to be desired.

In the immediate vicinity, only about 2 minutes walk away, there is a bus stop, a grocery store, various sports stores and several cozy inns. Our house offers 4 parking spaces with a modern electric charging station. Winter sports enthusiasts benefit from a spacious ski room with separate lockers and boot dryers for each guest. A practical bike washing station is available in summer. You can also use a relaxing infrared cabin on request.
