Our apartment house is being completely rebuilt with great attention to detail and we are delighted to be able to offer our guests three modern vacation apartments with comfort and alpine charm from winter 2025.

The Stubai Valley offers guests from all over the world a recreational area that is appreciated, cared for and shared with visitors by its inhabitants. It is an active region with a focus on enjoyment, where you can feel the power of movement all year round. Enjoy the picturesque mountain landscape and leave everyday life behind you. Our apartments offer comfort and relaxation for an unforgettable stay, very close to the most beautiful places in the region.

We, the Gleirscher family, are a motivated family who were able to fulfill a dream with the newly built apartment house “frechdax” in 2025. As a nature-loving and down-to-earth Stubai family, we have incorporated modern and homely elements into our three apartments. SUSTAINABILITY

In our apartment house, we combine sustainability, comfort and accessibility to create a modern living space where our guests can feel at home and at the same time make a positive contribution to the environment.

Our photovoltaic system on the roof generates clean energy from sunlight, which reduces our dependence on fossil fuels. We can produce almost 60% of the electricity we need ourselves.

Thanks to the connection to the Neustift district heating network, we are able to use CO2-neutral heat. Above all, district heating stands for the environmentally friendly generation of heat for heating and hot water. The district heating is generated entirely from wood chips (wood).

For guests with electric vehicles, we offer a convenient e-charging station directly on site. This promotes the use of emission-free vehicles and makes it easy for our guests to practice environmentally friendly mobility.

Thanks to the excellent connection to the public transport network, with a bus stop just a two-minute walk from the house, a CO2-neutral journey is easily possible.
